FAQ

How does a visit work?

Create an account with just your email, answer a few quick questions, and start your visit. We find the right doctor for you, who opens the video, confirms your ID and where you are, and makes a plan with you.

Who can be seen?

Adults aged 18 to 64 who are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. We treat common, low-acuity conditions; anything that needs a hands-on exam, labs or imaging is referred to in-person care.

Can I get a prescription?

If it's appropriate, yes. The doctor calls non-controlled prescriptions in to the pharmacy you choose before your first visit. We never prescribe controlled substances such as sedatives, stimulants or opioids.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Start a visit whenever you like and we'll find the right doctor for you. Keep the page open while you wait. If you need care right away, contact urgent care or call 911 for an emergency.

Do I need to download an app?

No, and there's no password either — just your email and a code we send you. Everything works in your phone or computer browser. You'll need a camera and microphone and a photo ID to show on camera.
