These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Varm Health website and patient portal (the "Service"), operated by Varm Health LLC (placeholder) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is for adults aged 18 to 64 who are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. You can only be seen while you are in a state where our physicians are licensed. You must give accurate information about yourself and keep your account details current.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service connects you with a licensed physician for on-demand video visits for common, low-acuity conditions. It is not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The Service does not replace a primary care relationship.

3. Your account

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

4. Visits, prescriptions and limits

A physician decides, in their professional judgment, whether a video visit is appropriate for your concern and may refer you to in-person care instead. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are limited to non-controlled medications and are called in to your pharmacy. We do not prescribe controlled substances.

5. Fees
