How we may use and disclose your health information
- Treatment. To provide care during your video visit, write and sign your visit note, and call prescriptions in to your pharmacy. With your consent, we may share your visit note with your primary care provider.
- Payment. To collect payment for your visit. [Placeholder — confirm billing model.]
- Health care operations. To run and improve the clinic — quality review, training, audits, and security.
- As required by law, for public health activities, to avert a serious threat to health or safety, and in other situations permitted by HIPAA.
We do not sell your health information. We do not use it for marketing. Emails we send never contain health details — they only tell you to check your portal.
